Microtome blades are a recent addition to their product range. These blades are used in medicine to cut tissue samples into thin layers. This process requires high-quality materials and precise instrumentation.

We were commissioned to design the dispenser for microtome blades. The dispenser, developed together, stands out with a modern, durable appearance, distinguishing it from competitors. At the same time, it is so distinctive that it contributes to the brand representation of LUTZ BLADES and the LYNXERA® brand for the microtome blade division, allowing the blades to be easily associated with LUTZ BLADES at a glance.

Manufacturing details for injection molding were considered in the designs from the very beginning. The design allows the dispenser to be handled safely and intuitively.
